Pricing

$59 Service Charge applies to all jobs, with a minimum charge of $120.

• Rekeying: +$25 Per Lock Rekeyed (Two new keys provided).
• Lockout: +$65 Per Lock Opened (Successfully picked without drilling 95% of the time).
• New Lock Installation: +$55 Per Lock Installed (Basic doorknob or single-sided deadbolt).

Add a new mailbox lock, garage lock, or 3-button remote for $65 (includes parts, labor, and programming).

All listed prices are final totals, inclusive of all taxes and fees.

Service Details & Notes

• Standard hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Service during nights or weekends incurs an additional $59 fee.
• Extra keys can be cut on-site for $4 each.
• Payment accepted via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or major credit cards (3% fee added for card payments).
• Professional references, license information, and certificates of insurance available upon request.
