We offer professional residential design and drafting services for new home construction, remodeling projects, additions, or accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Our unique model requires no upfront design or drafting fees; our fees are due only after the city has granted RTI ("ready to issue") permit status.

Pricing & Fee Structure

Important Note: All municipal costs and third-party consultant charges (e.g., city plan check fees, structural engineering) are the client's responsibility and paid directly to each consultant.

Our design and drafting fees are due only after the city grants RTI permit status. Fees are as follows:

• ADU, garage conversion, or new single-story structure: $3,400
• New two-story ADU (attached or detached): $3,900
• Single-story remodel or addition: $4,800 per unit
• Multi-story remodel or addition: $5,800 per unit
• New construction for single or multi-family residential: $6 per square foot
