Credentials & Experience

My name is Mohammad H. Kamyab, Bar Number 189696. I have been practicing law since 1997.

I am fluent in Farsi (Iranian), Spanish, and English.

I prepare all court documents, answer all phone calls, and conduct in-person meetings with all clients. If retained, I attend all court hearings.

Please note: I do not work with paralegals. Any existing lawyer must formally withdraw from a case before I can assume representation. I do not charge or pay referral fees.

• To prepare the Complaint and summons to obtain a case number, the flat fee is $395.
• To prepare the Answer to an Eviction Complaint and review the Complaint to explain the defendant's options, the flat fee is $395.
• For legal representation, my hourly rate is $150, or I can offer a flat rate arrangement.
