• Tax Return Preparation: For 2025, prior years, and amendments. Electronic filing (e-file) available for fastest refunds.
• Bookkeeping: Comprehensive cleanup and transition to specialized, custom-made accounting software (Intuit QuickBooks Online).
• Business Structure Consultation: Assistance setting up LLCs, Partnerships, or Corporations (including S corporations for substantial tax savings).
• Extensive Financial Reports: Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Budgets, Payroll, Sales Tax, and more.

Pricing

New clients receive a 25 percent discount on all fees for the first six months. Low ongoing rates continue afterward.

• Bookkeeping: $45 per hour (discounted from $60/hr).
• Tax Returns:
  • W-2 Employee: $100 per hour (discounted from $135/hr).
  • Self-Employed/Contractors/Single-Member LLCs: $115 per hour (discounted from $155/hr).
  • Partnerships/Corporations/Estates: $130 per hour (discounted from $175/hr).
• Financial Reports: $55 per hour (discounted from $75/hr).

A standard professional client retainer of $400.00 or more is required before services begin.

Service Overview & Process

All work is completed remotely via phone, email, and text. I am available daily, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Getting started is simple:

1. Provide your contact and business info for the Accountant-Client Agreement.
2. I will email the agreement to you.
3. For tax prep, email your tax documents and prior returns.
4. Submit the retainer to begin services.
