We provide a serene environment for horse owners and a supportive base for professional trainers, featuring direct trail access and a convenient location near Burbank, Pasadena, and the San Fernando Valley.

Boarding Plans & Pricing

• Standard 12' x 12' Box Stalls: Priced at $750 per month. Includes alfalfa and bedding shavings.
• Covered 12' x 20' Stalls: Priced at $650 per month. Bedding shavings are not included.
• Optional shavings service for covered stalls: Available for an additional $150 monthly.
• Dry Pasture Boarding: Available for $500 per month.
• Covered Pipe Paddocks (12' x 24'): Pricing provided upon inquiry.
• Groups of stalls are available for lease, ideal for professional trainers or small-scale equine programs.

Standard Amenities and Services

• Horses are fed twice daily, with choices of alfalfa, timothy, or orchard hay.
• Daily mucking of stalls and paddocks.
• Ample riding arenas suitable for various equestrian disciplines.
• Private, gated entry with immediate trail access into the expansive Hansen Dam Recreation Area.

Optional Care Services

• Daily turnout and exercise sessions.
• Seasonal blanketing and fly mask management.
• Administration of SmartPaks and nutritional supplements.
• Support for routine medication or rehabilitation needs.

We collaborate with seasoned trainers seeking a compliant, supportive, and serene setting. Shared client arrangements are accommodated. Dedicated tack rooms and stall blocks are offered to assist in the development of your training business.
