Overview

Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is seeking a skilled Demand Writer to join our high-energy personal injury practice. This pivotal role involves converting intricate medical and legal case details into powerful, strategically crafted demand letters to secure substantial settlements for our injured clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft coherent and convincing demand letters utilizing case documentation and medical histories.
• Accurately and compassionately articulate the emotional and financial consequences of client injuries.
• Provide summaries of medical treatments and itemize damages.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to develop and synchronize demand strategies.
• Monitor the progress and status of all submitted demand packages.
• Communicate with clients and healthcare providers to collect any necessary additional information.

Candidate Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Superior command of grammar and exceptional writing ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of medical terminology and personal injury legal concepts.
• Competence with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Filevine software.
• Prior experience in personal injury demand writing, legal copywriting, or insurance claim procedures.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
