Coalition Technologies is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create compelling digital and print assets. This is a remote position requiring availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. The role offers a competitive base pay of $17 to $35 per hour for candidates in specified states, with significant profit-sharing and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Complete proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• A strong enthusiasm for design, branding, marketing, and digital content creation.
• Foundational knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Tumblr, LinkedIn).
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with design trends.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating experience in ad banners, marketing emails, social media content, and logos.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• The capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in presenting materials to clients professionally.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST.
• A dependable home workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and reliable internet/power.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
• Experience with project management tools (Basecamp, QuickBooks, Google Docs).
• Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
• Illustration or traditional drawing abilities.
• Professional background in an advertising agency or digital marketing setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Creating static and animated banners for advertising campaigns.
• Designing emails for email marketing initiatives.
• Producing posts and imagery for social media platforms.
• Developing original logos and brand guidelines from concept.
• Creating vector icons and illustrations.
• Designing print materials (brochures, letterheads, business cards).
• Creating website mockups and graphics for desktop and mobile.
• Participating in client meetings and collaborating with Digital Producers to strategize.
• Working with copywriters, PPC teams, and other departments to balance visual appeal with performance.
• Preparing neatly organized and structured design files.
• Ensuring timely project completion while adhering to quality standards.
