Owner Operator - Arizona to California Routes

Overview: Seeking experienced drivers for dedicated Arizona to California routes, focusing on Southern and Central California. This position offers competitive pay with a base rate of $0.60 CPM and multiple bonus opportunities. This is an Over-the-Road (OTR) position.

Compensation & Bonuses

• Base Rate: $0.60 per mile.
• Monthly Bonuses: Up to +$0.04 CPM for fuel and safety performance.
• Veteran Bonus: +$0.02 CPM for US Military Veterans.
• Hazmat Bonus: $75.00 for each placarded Hazmat load.
• Additional pay for detention, layover, extra stops, and driver assist.
• Optional per diem pay available.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer or reefer experience in OTR/regional driving.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum age of 23 years.
• A safe driving record.
