Tour Driver and Guide – Southern California and Baja Mexico Border

Overview: Conduct single-day cultural excursion trips from Los Angeles and San Diego areas into Tijuana and Rosarito, Mexico. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Expedited border crossing is facilitated. Total earning potential is approximately $400 per excursion.

Primary Duties

• Operate a vehicle and guide tourists on pre-arranged tours.
• Utilize pre-recorded guiding audio for commentary.
• Advocate for the tour and distribute promotional materials with your personal QR code/contact number. Earn a 10% commission on top of standard pay for every booking made using your code.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a secure, pleasant guest experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, photography, and local suggestions.
• Ensure all vehicles are kept clean, safe, and professional.

Necessary Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and passport.
• A clean driving history with no accidents.
• No issues with drugs or other substances.
• Experience is not required; complete training will be offered.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Provided Vehicles & Pay Structure

Vehicles: A 7-passenger Land Rover, with a later transition to a 10-passenger Mercedes Sprinter. The vehicle may be kept at your residence.

Pay:

• $170 per day.
• Plus a 10% commission from personal bookings.
• Plus gratuities.
• Payment is issued daily.

Tour Option Two: School Documentary Film Project

This is a 6-day journey driving a production van transporting 10 students through California and Nevada. The 7-day "School Documentary Film Tour" begins and concludes in Los Angeles, focusing on education, travel, and film production.
