Overview

West Coast Arborists, Inc. is seeking experienced Tree Trimmers and Climbers. This is a union-affiliated position involving pruning operations, customer service, and crew support. The role offers a total potential compensation of up to $44.74 per hour (Base: $25.69-$35.81/hr + $8.93/hr Fringe Benefits).

Requirements

• Prior experience in the arboriculture industry.
• A valid California Driver's License with a clean record.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to obtain a commercial Class B Driver's License post-training.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Job Conditions & Classification

Class IV - Heavy Physical Role: This is an outdoor craft position involving heavy physical stress, frequent lifting of objects exceeding 75 pounds, bending, twisting, and working above ground or on uneven surfaces.

Potential Adverse Conditions: Exposure to extreme weather; hazardous, dirty, and noisy environments; performing duties under pressure.
