Primary Responsibilities

• Execute welding, brazing, TIG, and laser welding on diverse custom parts.
• Handle materials such as steel, brass, stainless steel, and other metals common in contemporary architectural cabinetry.
• Construct hardware, fixtures, structural frames, ornamental moldings, and unique specialized components.
• Interpret technical drawings and collaborate effectively with our design and woodworking departments.
• Apply finishing techniques including sanding, polishing, and refining pieces to satisfy premium visual criteria.
• Guarantee precision, superior quality, and uniformity throughout all assignments.
• Keep the workspace tidy, hazard-free, and well-organized.

Desired Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in TIG welding is essential.
• Familiarity with working on steel, brass, and stainless materials.
• Skill in brazing, laser welding, and managing small, intricate assemblies.
• A dedicated artisan’s approach—someone genuinely attentive to detail, exactness, and excellence.
• Capability to follow technical plans and offer troubleshooting suggestions during the fabrication process.
