Production Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Foreman with extensive expertise in concrete deck construction, shoring, formwork, and blueprint interpretation. This is a leadership role requiring crew management and machinery operation.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license and Social Security number.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience.
• Personal transportation to commute to the work site.
• Must refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illicit substances.
• Must consent to a comprehensive background investigation.
• Demonstrate the physical capacity to lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Expertise in: concrete decks, concrete deck shoring, formwork, and interpreting construction blueprints.
• Proficiency in: site layout, installation of rebar, and coordinating concrete orders.
• Experience with podium deck systems.
• Proven ability to manage a crew effectively.
• Operational knowledge of construction machinery and laser equipment.
