Appliance Installation Technician

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Location: Mobile/Field-based

Compensation: $1,625.00 to $1,900.00 weekly

Shift: Day shift (Monday-Friday, Weekends as required)

Overview

We are seeking a proficient and seasoned Appliance Installation Technician to join our team. This role specializes in the delivery and setup of sophisticated appliances (dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, garage door openers) for discerning clients. The position offers a flexible contract role with substantial earning potential and an emphasis on quality, complex projects.

Primary Duties

• Safely and effectively deliver and install household appliances such as dishwashers, ovens, stovetops, and microwaves.
• Carry out minor plumbing and electrical tasks as required during installation.
• Guarantee all installations adhere to local building codes and safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving client concerns.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and orderly work area.

Requirements

• Must possess a professional vehicle (van or box truck) for transporting appliances.
• Demonstrated prior experience in appliance installation, plumbing, and electrical work is essential.
• Must operate as an independent contractor with your own LLC or registered business.
• Must maintain an active insurance policy that provides coverage for your business.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Physically able to lift and handle heavy appliances (50-100 pounds).
• Capable of effective time management and working autonomously.
• Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
