Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher and Form Setter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in setting forms, placing rebar, and executing a wide range of concrete placement and finishing techniques, including stucco application. This position requires precision, adherence to blueprints, and the ability to deliver high-quality, durable surfaces.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Set, align, and install wooden and metal concrete forms in strict accordance with provided project blueprints and elevation drawings.
• Measure, cut, tie, and position rebar and other reinforcing materials to satisfy all structural design specifications.
• Carry out concrete placement operations, which include raking, screeding, bull-floating, and edging to achieve proper consolidation and a level surface.
• Perform finishing techniques such as troweling, brooming, and specialized concrete finishes to guarantee consistency, durability, and the specified surface textures.
• Apply stucco systems, including base coats, scratch coats, and final finish coats, ensuring correct adhesion and a high-quality surface.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on finishing tools and equipment, including power trowels, floats, mixers, and scaffolding systems.
