Overview

We are seeking dedicated team players focused on exceptional guest service to join our team as Safety Hosts. This essential role ensures a positive guest experience, maintains safety, and supports venue operations by managing the entrance, monitoring the dining area, and assisting with floor support.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Possession of a valid California RBS certification (may be obtained within 30 days of employment).
• Ability to adhere to a professional dress code and maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest greeting and engagement.
• Vigilance and ability to observe guest conduct and de-escalate situations calmly and professionally.
• Open and constant communication with management and team members.
• Capability to perform various physical demands including standing for extended periods, walking, using stairs, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting & Engagement: Create a warm first impression, explain the ordering process, and manage restroom access for paying customers only.
• Safety & Awareness: Guarantee a secure environment, check ID upon entry, enforce venue policies, and complete incident reports for any occurrences. Safety Hosts must remain on premises until all staff have left.
• Floor Support & Workflow: Assist with seating, clearing tables, delivering food orders, performing restroom checks, and helping to keep the venue neat and stocked.
