Salon Assistant

Location: Westwood
Schedule: Part-time, 2-3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, plus one Saturday per month)

Overview

Our upscale Westwood hair studio seeks a motivated Salon Assistant. This is an ideal role for recent beauty school graduates or new stylists seeking rapid, hands-on professional development in a dynamic environment. You will receive substantive education in advanced techniques, not just perform mundane tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and delivering a premium service experience.
• Performing shampooing, toning, blow-drying, and styling services.
• Creating content for platforms such as Reels, including photography and behind-the-scenes material.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Working on hair models during available periods.
