Driver - Battery Service Technician

Eagle Rock Club Service is currently hiring for immediate full-time Driver positions specializing in battery service technician roles.

Overview

Join our team as a Battery Service Technician Driver. This position requires excellent customer service, a clean driving record, and flexibility with hours. Successful applicants must be available to attend required AAA Certified Training Classes upon hiring.

Requirements

• Be at least 25 years of age to meet insurance criteria.
• Possess a valid California driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Successfully pass a background investigation.
• Be fluent in English. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Exhibit a friendly, positive, responsible, and dependable demeanor.
• Present a well-groomed appearance.
• Upon hiring, have flexibility to work varying hours and overtime.
• Upon hiring, be available to attend AAA Certified Training Classes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience as a Battery Service Provider (BSP).
• Previous towing experience (wheel lifts, flatbeds) or battery service.
• Existing AAA Certifications.
• Proficiency in a second language.
• Mechanical aptitude.
