Overview

Join a rapidly expanding home improvement firm specializing in roofing, windows, solar, efficiency upgrades, and kitchen/bath renovations. We are seeking driven, outcome-focused telemarketers to book qualified appointments for our sales team. This role offers an $18 to $21 per hour base pay plus unlimited commission potential.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year in outbound business-to-consumer telemarketing.
• Previous experience in home improvement sales is mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of scheduling or closing a minimum of twelve appointments weekly.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Reliable, target-focused, and independently driven work ethic.
• Upbeat demeanor and genuine enthusiasm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to homeowners using supplied lead lists.
• Screen potential clients and arrange high-caliber appointments.
• Utilize established scripts and adeptly manage prospect objections.
• Monitor personal performance metrics and achieve daily and weekly targets.
