Overview

This venture involves finding specific properties for investors to purchase, earning commissions ranging from $2,500 to over $10,000 per transaction. It can be conducted in person or entirely remotely from anywhere in the USA while maintaining a full-time job. Investors provide the funds for the purchases; you will not need to use any of your personal money.

Requirements

• No prior experience in real estate wholesaling is required.
• Must complete the provided training program.
• Ability to work independently and manage the deal process.

Training, Contracts, and Mentorship

If you wish to receive training, you can register for access to our online training portal and complete a 12-hour course at your own pace. There is no final examination.

The training provides a detailed, step-by-step guide covering:

1. How to find and evaluate investors who will fund transactions.
2. How to find leads (vacant houses, pre-foreclosures, land, etc.).
3. How to contact homeowners, negotiate deals, and analyze numbers.
4. How to work with title companies and collect your commission (assignment fee).
5. How to complete all necessary contracts and paperwork.
6. How to wholesale houses, land, construction work, apartments, and commercial buildings.
7. How to build teams and grow your wholesale business.

All contracts you will need are included and available for download within the training.

Upon completing the training, you will gain access to a mentor with experience since 2015. Your mentor will provide live guidance. Partnership on transactions (splitting the fee 50/50) is optional until you no longer require mentorship.

What is Wholesaling Real Estate?

It involves finding properties for investors to buy. We find the deals, negotiate a price, secure them under contract, assign the contract to an investor, and finalize the sale with a title company. We never use our own funds. Once a contract is signed, the average closing time is 2 to 3 weeks.
