Simba Guard Services Inc is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in the security industry. This is a commission-driven role focused on generating new business by scheduling and converting qualified appointments into security service contracts.

Job Description & Responsibilities

As a key representative, you will drive business growth by identifying new clients and building lasting partnerships. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting daily outbound calls to prospective customers across various sectors including property management, entertainment, healthcare, construction, events, retail, corporate, education, and logistics.
• Scheduling a minimum of three to four qualified appointments per week with the goal of converting them into signed contracts.
• Engaging with key decision-makers to promote services and achieve company growth objectives.

Requirements

Previous experience in the security sector is mandatory. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Proven track record in outside sales management and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
• Intermediate to advanced sales experience with a history of identifying clients and setting appointments.
• Superb verbal communication skills for effective telephone interactions.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
• Access to a dependable internet connection and a computer if working remotely.
