Overview

ATP Development & Construction is seeking a systematic and approachable Sales Representative and Call Vetting Specialist to act as the primary contact for prospective clients. This role involves screening incoming phone and digital leads, arranging consultations, and managing lead tracking within Salesforce. The position offers a competitive base pay plus commission for each successfully finalized project.

Requirements

• Prior background in sales, call center operations, customer service, or construction administration is desirable.
• Outstanding telephone manners and conversational abilities.
• Solid organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce is ideal) and Google Workspace applications.
• Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Stable internet and telephone connection.
