Call Center Sales Representative

Overview

This is an A+ BBB-rated outbound call center position. You will contact leads who have shown interest in our program, with the goal of enrolling them. Enrollment requires a down payment of $49.50 or a full payment of $150.00 to $199.00. The base pay is $20.00 per hour plus a $35.00 weekly bonus for every 5 orders closed. This is a full-time, revenue-focused role and not a spare-time side hustle.

Requirements

• Must be ready to start work within 1-7 days of contact. This is non-negotiable.
• Proven sales ability is mandatory.
• Must log a minimum of 5.5 hours daily on the dialer making calls.
• Must meet a weekly quota of at least 15 sales after probation.
• Must have your own laptop/computer and cell phone. No equipment is provided.
• Must have a personal Facebook Marketplace account in good standing (no monetary or restriction issues).
• Must complete the free online sales training (approx. 20 minutes) promptly.
• Must be willing to work 25-35 hours weekly on the dialer, with calling hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
