Remote Life Insurance Sales Agent

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as remote life insurance sales agents. This is a commission-based role offering significant earning potential, extensive training, and a flexible schedule. You will work with pre-qualified leads—there is absolutely no cold calling. Prior experience is not required, and there is an optional path to build your own agency.

Key Position Highlights

• NO cold calling and NO pressuring friends or family.
• NO network marketing structure, membership fees, or sales quotas.
• We supply you with qualified leads—people who have already requested information.
• Receive practical training and mentorship from top-performing agents.
• Work remotely with a flexible, part-time or full-time schedule.
• Commissions are paid daily directly from partner insurance carriers.

Earning Potential

• Full-Time (approx. 35-45 hrs/week): Potential monthly earnings of $7,000 to $12,000 or more.
• Part-Time (approx. 15-20 hrs/week): Potential monthly earnings of $2,500 to $5,000 or more.

Requirements

• Must be willing to obtain and hold a state life insurance license (pre-licensing support provided).
• Self-discipline to work diligently without direct supervision.
• High character, genuine concern for others, and a commitment to ethical practices.
• Openness to coaching, instruction, and consistent personal development.

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You are seeking a traditional W-2 employee position with an hourly wage or salary.
• You are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme.
• You are unwilling to invest the time and modest cost to obtain your insurance license.
