Outside Sales Representative – Building Materials (Los Angeles)

Overview: Join a rapidly expanding supplier in the building materials sector. This Outside Sales role is for individuals who thrive on personal interaction and client visits, with significant income opportunities. The position starts with a trial base pay and transitions to a W-2 role with a base salary and commission based on performance.

What We Provide

• A trial base pay of $1,500 per month for the initial three months (1099 contract status).
• A monthly sales target ranging from $25,000 to $30,000.
• A 3% commission on all sales exceeding the established target.
• Provision of a company vehicle for daily client visits.
• Opportunity for early transition to a W-2 employee status with a base salary between $2,000 and $4,500, based on strong performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Begin each day with a morning check-in at the office.
• Utilize the company vehicle to conduct visits to clients including contractors, builders, designers, retail stores, and active construction job sites.
• Promote and sell product lines encompassing flooring, bathroom products, and general building materials.
• Focus on acquiring new customer accounts and increasing overall sales volume.
