Primary Duties
- Sales and Client Communications: Reply to all incoming queries via email, chat, social media, and telephone within 30 minutes during operating hours. Host virtual and in-person meetings and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Customer Support and Order Fulfillment: Act as the main point of contact for post-sale service. Work with the administration team on tasks like resizing, repairs, shipping, and custom orders. Record all details in the HubSpot CRM.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing to engage leads and with sales to improve outreach. Take part in local and national pop-up events or retail shows as necessary.
