Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour plus competitive commission and bonuses.

Work Location: In person at 4904 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403.

Overview

Join a family-owned dealership in a role blending sales and customer service. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cars and helping people, offering growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Primary Duties

• Welcome clients, assist with vehicle viewings, and coordinate test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to complete paperwork and finalize sales.
• Contact prospective customers via phone or email to answer questions and schedule appointments.
• Partner with the team to improve overall dealership performance.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in automobiles and a desire to assist people.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and ambitious.
• Must possess a valid California driver's license.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings.
• Previous vehicle sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
