Compensation & Earnings Potential

Commission Structure:

• 30% commission for the first 12 months of each contract.
• 10% lifetime residual commission.
• Top performers qualify for 40% upfront and 20% lifetime commissions.

Earning Examples:

• Client with 15 reps: $1,700–$3,500 monthly
• Client with 100 reps: $13,000–$28,000 monthly
• Live-transfer provider: $7,000–$9,000 monthly

• Proven experience as a top-performing closer or exceptional phone-based salesperson.
• Background in enterprise sales hunting is preferred.
