Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Less than 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience is required. 2-4 years of Wireless Industry experience is preferred.
- Strong capability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that demands significant multi-tasking.
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
- Must be proactive with strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with members across multiple local communities to generate interest and assist qualified customers.
- Acquire new customers primarily through face-to-face engagement and conduct follow-up to establish service.
- Drive brand awareness by collaborating with community leaders and participating in promotional events.
- Formulate strategies and sales plans to meet and surpass sales, operations, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Successfully complete all required product, service, and sales methodology training.
- Travel between local communities as required.
