We are seeking a dependable Sales Associate for immediate, cash-compensated work at a pop-up jewelry booth. This role is an excellent opportunity for business majors to gain hands-on experience in small business development, sales, and operations. The position involves selling proprietary, patent-pending handmade bracelets and rings.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Must be dependable and physically capable of lifting, transporting, and setting up booth equipment.
• Access to a vehicle (hatchback or larger) is likely necessary for transport.
• Strong sales abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with semi-precious stones is a valuable asset.
• Responsibilities include managing the sales booth, handling cash transactions, and performing occasional, easy-to-learn repairs on stretch cord bracelets.

Schedule

The role is active on Tuesdays during the CSUN Fall and Spring semesters (typically 3-4 month increments). Setup begins at 8:15 AM. The market runs from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with breakdown starting at 2:30 PM.
