Social Media & Sales Associate - Jewelry Store

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (On-site, not remote)

Pay Range: $18 to $28 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

Join a luxury jewelry brand as a Sales and Social Media Associate. This role combines in-store customer service, jewelry sales, and content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You will sell jewelry, provide cash loan services, and create product listings and videos to drive online engagement. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Neat, professional appearance suitable for modeling jewelry in photos/videos.
• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry sales preferred.
• Proficient in using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and OfferUp.
• Skilled in using a smartphone for photography, videography, and social media management.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store sales: assist customers, present jewelry collections, and finalize purchases.
• Model jewelry pieces (hands for rings, chains, bracelets) for photo and video content.
• Produce basic photographic and video content for Instagram and TikTok.
• List products on online platforms: Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, OfferUp, TikTok, and eBay.
• Provide exceptional customer service for in-person visitors and online communications.
• Attend to customers and adhere to provided instructions.
