PAID DOG FOSTERING OPPORTUNITY

Overview: This is a meaningful opportunity for dog lovers to provide a temporary, loving home for rescue dogs while receiving compensation for your time and effort. Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue saves dogs from high-risk shelters and places them in foster homes until permanent adoption. We supply all food, materials, and veterinary care.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have full approval from all household members (landlords, roommates, family).
• Must be available to attend mandatory adoption events and supply pickups every other Saturday at the Petco in West Hollywood.
• Must be able to transport the dog to veterinary appointments as needed.
• Must be willing to commit to a minimum fostering period of 4 weeks. (Short-term helpers for a few days to a week are also welcome to inquire.)

Current Foster Need: AXEL

Dog Profile: Axel is a 4-year-old Male Lab/Aussie/Shepherd Mix. He is playful, affectionate, athletic, and intelligent. He gets along with other dogs, is leash trained, and housebroken.

Important Notes: Axel can become mouthy when overexcited and experiences some separation anxiety. He may not be best for first-time dog owners. Requires an immediate foster home with a commitment to ongoing training support, for which we provide guidance.
