Overview

We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Event Coordinator / Creative Lead to develop and monetize a distinctive 1,700 sq ft penthouse loft in Downtown LA through curated events. This is a part-time, commission-based role with significant growth potential, perfect for a self-starter with vision and administrative skills.

About the Venue

The space is a boutique event venue with open floor plans, natural light, and contemporary finishes, suitable for private dinners, photo shoots, pop-up shops, workshops, and intimate social events. (Photographs and further details are available upon request.)

Primary Responsibilities

• Creative Development & Strategy: Develop unique event concepts, curate themes, and contribute to the venue's brand identity.
• Planning & Operations: Oversee logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and maintain the space's photo-ready appearance.
• Administration & Client Relations: Manage inquiries, bookings, contracts, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Marketing & Brand Promotion: Assist with venue listings, social media content, and manage booking platforms.

Compensation Details

This is a part-time position compensated on a commission basis.

• Earn a percentage of the gross revenue from every event you plan, book, or help execute.
• There is no substantial base salary or requirement for full-time hours.
