Overview

Coalition Technologies is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves conducting comprehensive SEO analyses, keyword research, and on-page/technical optimizations for client websites. The position offers a competitive base pay of $15 to $35 per hour for team members in specified states, with significant profit-sharing and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

You should have:

• A solid grasp of all SEO best practices (site architecture, tags, coding, speed optimization, link building).
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Outstanding time management and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Fundamental knowledge of web copywriting and graphic design and their impact on SEO.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• A commitment to staying informed about emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and PHP is advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Your Duties and Tasks

• Conducting comprehensive SEO analyses for client websites, identifying issues, and implementing corrective measures.
• Executing detailed keyword research and prioritizing keywords according to best practices.
• Creating 301 redirects, HTML and XML sitemaps, title tags, and meta descriptions.
• Managing online public relations, building links, and setting up or enhancing social media profiles.
• Optimizing website code, servers, and other components to improve site loading speed.
• Consolidating CSS files and completing other assigned tasks as needed.

For team members in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay for this role is between $15 and $35 per hour. Final compensation may differ based on individual experience, qualifications, performance on skills assessments, geographic location, and the seniority level of the position offered. Compensation for positions outside these states may fall outside the stated range.
