Requirements
- Demonstrated background in motion graphics and video editing.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard video editing software.
- Capability to independently write, produce, and complete short-form promotional video content.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Experience creating content for social media and YouTube is desirable.
- Background in online advertising is an advantage.
- Skills in graphic design, 3D modeling, and/or illustration are beneficial.
- Access to personal filming equipment (camera, lighting, dedicated shooting space).
- Ability to record clear voice-over narrations.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience presenting materials to clients professionally.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
- A dependable workstation with a high-performance computer for video editing.
- Access to a quality microphone, speakers, and stable internet/power connection.

Primary Responsibilities
- Produce promotional video content for the company and its clients.
- Develop videos and animated banners for advertising campaigns.
- Create short-format video content for Instagram Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Design animations (text, logo, character) for videos, websites, and emails.
- Follow creative briefs and collaborate with scripts and assets from clients/team.
- Generate creative ideas, including writing scripts and developing storyboards.
- Participate in client meetings to strategize on video/animation objectives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other departments.
- Encode videos into required formats and manage uploads to media channels.
- Stay informed about latest trends in storytelling, video production, and social media.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule while meeting quality benchmarks.
