Overview

Join Pixtron, the sole U.S. provider of innovative, premium scented refresher wipes for the hospitality industry. We are seeking driven Field Representatives to visit restaurants, cafes, and hotels in person to introduce our product, provide samples, and secure sales. Enjoy complete schedule flexibility and choose between two competitive pay structures: a Base Pay Plus Commission model or a high-earning, Commission-Only model.

Requirements

• Must be outgoing, self-assured, and professional.
• Comfortable entering dining establishments and initiating conversations with owners/managers.
• Possess strong verbal communication skills.
• Access to a personal vehicle for daily local visits is required. (Gas reimbursement provided).
• Background in sales, hospitality, or field-based roles is beneficial.

What You Will Do

• Conduct in-person visits to local restaurants and cafes within your assigned territory.
• Introduce Pixtron wipes and provide product samples.
• Communicate with owners and managers to gather contact information.
• Perform follow-up communications to secure orders.
• Manage your own working hours with complete schedule flexibility.

Pay Options

Option 1: Base Pay Plus Commission

• A guaranteed monthly base salary.
• Additional commission earned on every secured order.
• Ideal for individuals seeking a balance of financial stability and earning potential.

Option 2: Commission-Only (Increased Earning Potential)

• This structure does not include a base salary.
• Offers a significantly higher commission rate per box or pallet sold.
• Uncapped earnings—top performers achieve the highest income with this model.
