Overview

Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee, LLP, a specialized civil litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Trial Attorney to join our Woodland Hills team. This role involves managing complex litigation from initial assessment through trial. We offer an attractive salary range of $150,000 to $215,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses, within a collaborative and supportive professional environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Focus in areas such as personal injury, insurance defense, or business litigation.
• Substantial trial background; first-chair jury trial experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing abilities.
• Superior organizational skills and a meticulous approach.
• Current and active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.

Primary Duties

• Oversee all stages of litigation, from early case evaluation through trial and settlement.
• Formulate and implement detailed case strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage court proceedings.
• Draft and respond to legal pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and trial briefs.
• Maintain regular client communication and manage relationships with counsel.
• Direct settlement negotiations and participate in mediation and arbitration.
