This is a fully remote position, ideal for a dedicated litigator (0-3 years experience) with strong analytical and writing skills. The role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year plus performance bonuses, with comprehensive mentorship. Occasional travel to California, particularly Los Angeles, is required for court appearances and meetings.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.
• 0 to 3 years of legal experience.
• Strong dedication to employee rights and comprehensive case management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with effective team communication.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cases from initiation to conclusion under senior attorney supervision.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients, witnesses, agencies, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and file legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery responses).
• Perform legal research and analysis.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations and make court appearances.
• Assist with trial preparation and proceedings.
