Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery).
- Manage electronic and physical court filings, ensuring compliance with rules and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical case files.
- Coordinate schedules for court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
- Draft standard legal correspondence and documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.
- Handle all confidential information with discretion.

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary.
- Thorough knowledge of court rules, e-filing systems, and legal document preparation.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.

- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
