Primary Duties
- Leasing and Sales: Presenting units, hosting events, aiding in leasing, preparing contracts, overseeing rent payments.
- Resident Relations: Responding to inquiries, solving problems, handling notices and lease renewals.
- Property Management: Coordinating move-ins/outs, liaising with vendors/maintenance, preserving cleanliness.
- Operational Assistance: Aiding daily operations, upholding policies, scheduling unit turnovers.
- Communication: Sustaining effective dialogue with residents, vendors, and management.

Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Weekly Hours: 27 hours per week.
- Daily Hours: 4.5 hours per day, scheduled between 9 am and 6 pm.
- Work Week: 6 days per week, with Sundays off.
