This role involves identifying investment opportunities from foreclosure lists and providing key support for deal evaluation. No prior experience or license is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing daily support will be provided.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Los Angeles area.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Foundational sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads from foreclosure property lists via phone, text message, and email to identify promising investment opportunities.
• Conduct property previews, capturing photographs and video footage for deal evaluation.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as required.
