Overview

Compassionate and experienced caregivers are needed for a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. This role involves delivering affectionate personal care and ensuring upkeep within a secure, attractive, and tidy setting. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time schedules, with live-in and hourly positions available. Compensation is highly competitive, based on your experience level.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
• You must pass a tuberculosis test and a background check.
• Punctuality, reliability, and good personal hygiene are mandatory.
• Bilingual ability in any language is advantageous.
• A nurturing and affectionate disposition is essential.
• Important Note: This environment is strictly non-smoking. Applicants must be non-smokers and free from drugs and alcohol.

Essential Functions

• Deliver personal care services, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
• Facilitate social and recreational activities, aid with hobbies, and assist with mobility.
• Carry out homemaking tasks: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing dishes, changing linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Prepare tasty meals and snacks following specific instructions for special dietary requirements.
• Administer medications as needed.
