We invite you to participate in our four-week mental health research project.

Overview

This study evaluates a chatbot as a supplementary therapeutic tool. Participants will complete an initial questionnaire, a Zoom enrollment call, and follow a four-week protocol. Compensation includes a $25 Amazon gift code for the baseline survey, with additional compensation for follow-up surveys.

Study Process

  1. Finish an initial baseline questionnaire.
  2. Participate in a brief enrollment call via Zoom.
  3. Adhere to the study protocol for a duration of four weeks.

Pending authorization, participants may be asked to complete two additional compensated surveys at four and eight weeks post-enrollment.

Eligibility Requirements

Participants are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside within the United States.
  • Be fluent in English.
  • Self-report a diagnosis or treatment for GAD or MDD from a licensed professional within the last 12 months.
  • Self-report being currently engaged in therapy.

Exclusion Criteria

You are not eligible if you have ever received a diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder, or have been hospitalized due to suicidality.
