Overview

Seniors Helping Seniors South Bay is seeking empathetic individuals to provide in-home care for older adults, helping them maintain dignity and self-sufficiency. This role is ideal for active seniors, former healthcare professionals, retirees, or anyone with a genuine compassion for helping others. Previous experience is not mandatory as we provide complimentary training.

Primary Responsibilities

• Offer friendly companionship and provide emotional encouragement.
• Help with everyday tasks, which may include preparing meals, performing light household chores, arranging transportation, and offering reminders for medication.
• Aid with personal care needs such as mobility, bathing, and grooming, always upholding the client's respect and privacy.
• Foster engaging relationships through thoughtful conversation, shared hobbies, and other interactive pursuits.
• Deliver dependable and skilled care to give families confidence and reassurance.
