Accountant

Overview

HASLO is seeking an experienced and driven Accountant to join our mission-driven team dedicated to affordable housing in San Luis Obispo County. This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering an hourly wage of $30.65 to $37.26, commensurate with experience. The role reports to the Deputy Director and Director of Finance and follows a 9/80 work schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
