Overview

Join a long-standing, family-operated swimming pool service and repair business with a community reputation dating back to 1981. We are seeking a reliable Pool Service Technician for a full-time position. This role offers comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and a competitive starting wage of $25–28 per hour with benefits, bonuses, and paid time off.

Requirements

• Must possess a personal, insured pickup truck (mandatory condition).
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated reliability and self-initiative.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and working outdoors.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong aptitude for teamwork.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting wage: $25 per hour during training.
• Rate increases to $28 per hour upon completion of training.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine weekly maintenance on residential swimming pools.
• Conduct water testing and balance chemistry using the LSI method.
• Inspect, maintain, and diagnose issues with pool equipment.
• Communicate with clients and report necessary repairs.
• Adhere to assigned route schedules and accurately document service details.
