Residential Cleaning Professional (Independent Contractor)

Overview: Neighborhood Clean Company is seeking two dependable and seasoned residential cleaning professionals for work in Pasadena, Altadena, Monrovia, Arcadia, La Cañada, and nearby communities. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role with a fifty-fifty revenue share for each job, offering flexible scheduling, daily payments, and the potential for higher income compared to hourly wages.

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning
• Access to fundamental cleaning equipment
• Consistent personal transportation
• A mobile phone with text messaging functionality
• Must be punctual, attentive to detail, and respectful in client homes
• Successful completion of a background screening is mandatory

Position Details

• Standard residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleans
• Flexible scheduling - accept assignments matching your free time
• Most assignments last 2-4 hours
• Team handles all client relations and admin; you focus solely on cleaning

Compensation Structure

• This is not an hourly wage position.
• You receive 50% of the total fee for each completed assignment.
• Payments are issued daily.
• You keep 100% of all client tips.
• Additional bonuses for five-star client reviews.
