Overview

The Laborer assists in executing structural foundation repair projects, involving material transport, excavation, demolition, concrete work, and general site maintenance. This is a physically demanding role requiring work outdoors and in confined crawlspaces. Offers competitive pay ($20 to $24 per hour) and year-round employment with a stable, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 90 pounds.
• Work in outdoor environments and within confined crawlspaces beneath residences, regardless of weather.
• Safely operate various hand and power tools, including hammers, shovels, drills, saws, and jackhammers.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in on-site safety briefings and bi-weekly team meetings.
• Communicate clearly and follow directions provided by supervisory staff.

Requirements

• Must be capable of working in confined areas and performing strenuous physical activities.
• Possess fundamental understanding of construction tools and safety practices.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Prior hands-on experience in structural and foundation repair construction.
• Own a set of basic construction tools.
• Must possess a personal vehicle.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Provide legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a mandatory drug screening.
