Roofers / Roof Installers – Valley Area Only (San Fernando Valley)

A growing firm in the multifamily housing industry is looking for skilled Roofers to deliver outstanding service at various properties throughout the San Fernando Valley. The interview will be held in the 90034 area.

Overview

This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and multifamily properties. Compensation is DOE (Depending on Experience) and includes performance bonuses and PTO.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience installing, repairing, or maintaining roofs (tile, asphalt, TPO, and similar materials).
• Must possess your own tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A current, valid driver’s license.
• General understanding of safety protocols and working at elevated heights.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds (22 kg), working at heights, and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• A background screening is required.
• Spanish language ability is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential and multifamily properties.
• Diagnose leaks and other roof damage.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with established standards.
• Maintain clean and secure work areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
