Requirements

• A minimum of two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment, with a strong preference for fine dining background.
• Comprehensive understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capacity to multitask, and adaptability.
• Experience in handling budgets, financial reporting, and staff scheduling.
• A dedicated focus on providing outstanding service to every guest.
• Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This role typically requires a work week exceeding 50 hours.
