Overview

We are seeking dedicated team players with a strong focus on guest service to join our team as Safety Hosts. This essential role ensures a positive guest experience, maintains safety, and supports venue operations. You will set the tone, manage guest flow, and uphold the security of the entire venue.

Requirements

• A valid BSIS Guard Card is REQUIRED.
• A valid California RBS certification is required (may be obtained within 30 days of employment).
• Strong focus on guest service and professionalism.
• Ability to remain vigilant, calm, and professional in all situations.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, walking, using stairs, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Adherence to a well-groomed appearance and dress code.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, confident welcome to all guests, creating the first and last impression.
• Explain the ordering process (QR code, server, or bar) and inform guests that orders will be delivered.
• Check identification for all guests upon entry and enforce venue policies.
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring guest behavior and de-escalating situations professionally.
• Complete detailed incident reports for any safety occurrences.
• Assist with seating arrangements, clearing tables, delivering food, and maintaining venue cleanliness.
• Perform restroom checks for cleanliness and supplies.
• Remain on premises until all restaurant staff have left at the end of the night.
